He can also be heard as “Superman” in JUSTICE LEAGUE: GODS AND MONSTERS and as “Manny the Cameraman” in both CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS 1+2 (and its stand-alone 5-minute short SUPER MANNY!).In 2010, Bratt won Cinequest’s Maverick Spirit Award for his work as producer and star of the acclaimed independent hit LA MISSION. Written and directed by his brother Peter Bratt, the locally-produced San Francisco film garnered much critical praise, winning a Best Indie Film nomination from the NAACP, a GLAAD award nomination, and multiple Imagen Awards, including wins for Best Picture and Best Actor. Also with his brother, Bratt served as Consulting Producer for the Peabody Award-winning documentary DOLORES which centers on the work of labor and civil rights leader Dolores Huerta.Television audiences perhaps best recognize Bratt from his Emmy-nominated role as ‘Detective Rey Curtis’ from the original cast of LAW & ORDER. Other starring roles include the limited revival 24: LIVE ANOTHER DAY opposite Kiefer Sutherland and THE CLEANER, winning him an Alma Award for Best Actor in a Drama Series for his role as real-life extreme interventionist ‘William Banks’. For both Lee Daniels and Shonda Rhimes, he committed to STAR and PRIVATE PRACTICE for two seasons each.
