ALAN TAYLOR

Alan Taylor is an award-winning director who recently Executive Produced and directed the premiere and several episodes of HOUSE OF THE DRAGON season 2. He previously directed the pilot and Executive Produced INTERVIEW WITH A VAMPIRE series for AMC. Prior to that, he directed the SOPRANOS prequel movie, THE MANY SAINTS OF NEWARK which was #1 on HBO MAX. His pilot credits include BORED TO DEATH for HBO and MAD MEN for AMC. He also directed episodes of GAME OF THRONES (for which he was nominated for an Emmy), BOARDWALK EMPIRE, NURSE JACKIE, LOST, and SIX FEET UNDER, as well as the features THOR: THE DARK WORLD and TERMINATOR: GENISYS. Alan won an Emmy for his episode of THE SOPRANOS and a DGA award for the MAD MEN pilot.
